Framedrop rain condition replay

Same thing on PC here.

Massive frame drops during rain replays and the rain effects when fast forwarding get all glitchy and pixelated and cover the entire screen.

PC, suffering from the same issue. Actually, racing in the rain limits my fps to 30 and instant replay during that limits it to 5. There are also all sorts of visual effects bugs at the rear ends of the cars.

Have you tried looking behind while in the replays? It, for some reason, brings the framerate back to where it was while racing. Keep in mind though, the game will go into a heavy drop as soon as you return to normal view.

Suffering this as well on PC.

Use flashback on a rainy/wet race and the game performance will become extremely poor, almost game breaking.

Tried literally any settings, any preset, any upscaling.

The issue is that the water spray form your tires don't reset after the flashback. The water spray stay on the original path even though you went back in time with the flashback 

Did you notice when it's raining, in the replay the reflections of the track/advertising don't exist?

They only appear when we're playing! It seems that in addition to killing the frames, Ray Tracing disables REFLECTIONS in the rain on replay and photomode.

I have the exact same issue, I do believe it is because the game for some reason keeps the spray graphics from before you flashback so it trying to essential do 2 lots of spray graphics at once which causes it to drop fps. I also see the type smoke or gravel smoke appear after a flashback of my previous path aswell so I think this is all the same issue.
