Game crashing at the start of season 2. One player career mode in my team.

Summarize your bug One player career crashing after choosing engine at the start of season 2. Once I advance past this session my whole game crashes.
What is your 16 digit Report Code? N/A
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Sky.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Complete a season and it might come up.
What happens when the bug occurs? After choosing my engine at the start of season 2 the whole game closes down and I have no access to provide a code from the option menu.
What do you expect to see? Results.

The only thing I've changed since season one is I hired Alonso as my second driver, but he was meant to retire. Incase it's because of that. 

I also changed tracks around.

10 race season.

    I had this problem too, I think even if you confirm the team details and don’t change anything the game still crashes. Mines on Xbox

    I had the same bug and tried everything. Only changing the engine or only changing the main sponsor. Nothing worked, the game was crashing everytime again.
