Game keeps crashing on startup after completing Supercar Cockpit Cam challenge

It's crazy, I literally just had the exact same thing happen to me on Xbox Series S. For me, it was after the Checkpoint Challenge at France. Game crashes after the Start screen. constantly ever since.

When i choose a different account, it starts up fine.

@EA_Groguet to clarify, this happens after completing Stage 3 (Checkpoint Challenge at France) of the Supercars Cockpit Cam Series. After the race, in the results screen, the game crashes and afterwards crashes whenever you press the Start button and you choose the account.

It only seems to affect the account that completed the Series, the other accounts on my console still work.

Platform: Xbox Series S

Bug summary: After completing Stage 3 (Checkpoint Challenge at France) of the Supercar Cockpit Cam Series in the F1 World mode, the game crashes. After that, whenever you start the game, after pressing the Menu button the game crashes whilst connecting to the Online Services. When I go offline, I can start the game, but as soon as I connect with the Online services the game crashes. This issue is limited to the account on which you completed said event. On other accounts, starting the game is still possible.

Mode: Single Player - F1 World - Series - Supercar Cockpit Cam - Stage 3

Replication steps: -Unlock the Supercar Cockpit Cam Series in F1 World

-Complete Stage 3 of the Supercar Cockpit Cam Series

-after the crash, Restart the game on the same account.

What do you expect to  see: The game starting without crashing

Troubleshooting tried: Uninstalling and reinstalling the game + deleting all Save data for the game.

I have the same problem, can't play the game anymore in online modus. When playing offline in steam I get the main menu but not when trying to connect to the ea servers. Also for me it happened after the cockpit challenge in france with control points. Did a reinstall of the game but that didn't help. So it seems soemwhere on server side there's an issue.

This needs to get fixed asap. I’m happy it’s not just an isolated issue with me. 

Same Problem...after completing Supercar Cockpit Cam, the game crashed and after this, it crashed every time at the start screen, please fix it  as soon as possible (not in a week's time not in a month's time) hurry up and take this seriously, this is unacceptable (I want to play a game I bought!), Platform/Model: PC, EA App

And just a tip: test the updates well before giving them... the game since its launch, it's a disaster of bugs and glitches, I have the goals disabled for more than a month, but at least I could play, NOW not even that ... .

Same problem for me too right after completing Supercar Cockpit Cam the game crashes after the title screen when it has to communicate with the servers, and I know that the problem is not with my PC because the crash happened to me and my brother at the same time on two different computers at the same time just finished phase 3 of the Supercar Cockpit Cam mode, please fix them immediately because after the other problems and tutors present I could at least play and go on but now this is unacceptable I can't thinking I can't use a thing I bought.

Tried again now to start the game and it still doesn't work, but do you think such a situation is possible I paid for the game like many other people and I can't play it, please check and fix this solution now, I enjoy this game but with all these bugs is getting more and more exhausting and disappointing.

I have the same problem on PlayStation 5. After completing the supercars cockpit challenges the game keeps crashing.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but after that it still crashes
