They were from an article/guide about troubleshooting the game stutter issues with windows 11, if the latest update didn’t fix it. Thought OPs problem sounded like it could be similar or related.
I can only see this as a display sync issue.
Do you have a frame counter? I use Afterburner.
Counter-intuitively, reducing graphics settings is likely to make the issue worse.
Delete the hardware-settings-config.xml
DDU the Nvidia driver. Don’t optimise or set anything in the driver or GFE.
Run the game at the monitors native resolution and in High or Ultra High preset.
Enable V-SYNC in game, set to highest resolution supported. Turn off the in-game frame limiter.
Disable DLSS use TAA for AA. Don’t use RT.
The monitor should frame limit. Report your FPS in that mode or if the game exhibits the stutter in benchmarks as you say, post the benchmark.xml file
Thanks.

Thanks. I've tried all those but none have fixed it.
The exact issue persists across three different monitors I've tested this with.
Please see attached benchmark xml and CSV. The frame time CSV shows the stutter happening exactly every 10 seconds, with the first occurring at 9.04387.
To confirm, this is happening in only the F1 game, I'm getting no stuttering in anything else eg AC, ACC, iRacing.

As I suspected, the framerate is too high. You have 287FPS, no display is going to sync at that.
Both the connected screens are 60Hz native at the resolutions selected. You're going to have to reduce the framerate. This is achieved by turning up the settings. Ultra / RT is one way!
There may be an issue with which is your primary display. There is also one screen running WS and one UW. Unsure of how you've got the game configured.
State primary and secondary and if secondary is duplicate / extended etc.

I am primarily trying to run the game on an Odyssey G65B UW 240HZ display.
I have also tested on two additional monitors, but the previously attached benchmark results were from it running on the Odyssey as the primary display.
I have tried adjusting all video settings, including limiting frame rate and turning up settings. Even when capped at 60fps (on a 240HZ monitor or 60HZ monitor), the exact same behaviour of a stutter every 10 seconds occurs.
