Gigabyte RTX 3070 black screen on certain tracks

Summarize your bug For a couple of seconds the screen blacks out, I cannot see the game, but the game runs continuously behind the black screen. This happens during gameplay, not on loading, not on the menu, nowhere else, just during playing on the track.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run it on a Gigabyte RTX 3070 card. My motherboard is also Gigabyte, everything else is flawless.
What happens when the bug occurs? On certain tracks such as Imola and Qatar, my Acer monitor blacks out for a couple of seconds and then comes back. I tried to lower the settings, still blackouts. I run only on 60 FPS, a Gigabyte RTX 3070, runs well smoothly, except the blackouts. I hoped with the next patch you fix this, somebody report this, but sems like not.
What do you expect to see? I expect to play without blackout screen interruptions with my Gigabyte RTX 3070 card.
