Heavy pixelated blurr/ghosting on everything that moves

@ivun3 This is all because of the volumetric fog, which was implemented very poorly in the game. You can get around it on PC by editing a game file, that turns off volumetric fog. Just look it up! The real problem is with the console versions. I'm on PS5, with no option or workaround to turn it off, and I have to deal with this sh** every night race. I swear, the devs didn't playtest this game. But hey, at least we got F1 World, right? The game mode that noone plays? Yay...
