How much power/lap time do you lose because of worn components?

Does anyone know how much engine power you lose when, for example, your ICE is over 50% worn in career mode?

I'd love to see some numbers on this, because just hearing your engineer say you'll have less power doesn't tell me that much.

Hopefully someone can answer this question. Thanks!

  • @BeatdownRacing ICE itself starts losing power from the very first lap onwards but till 50% wear its only 2% of its power, additional 4% less power at 90% wear for

    0% wear = 100% power
    50% wear = 98% power
    90% wear = 94% power
    100% wear = 90% power

TC its less dramatic, 100% performance till 50% wear then 2% loss till 75% and again 4% till 90%

    0% wear = 100% power
    50% wear = 100% power
    75% wear = 98% power
    90% wear = 94% power
    100% wear = 90% power

However how that affects the laptime depends on the track itself and your drivingstyle, setup etc.
