How to delete mods on f1 23

Good evening,

I really need help I install mods on the f1 23 files but I can no longer delete them and I do not know their locations to delete them. I had looked at a tutorial that I understood. But we did not specify how to remove mods on EA. So I need help as soon as possible. Sorry for this lack of experience on my part...

@Gaby092-011 you forgot the most important part of modifying games, always make a backup.
It should be easiest if you simply verify or repair the game files, or you reinstall the game
