i dont have access to online play on F1 23

Ever since I bought F1 23, I have not had the option to play online, only the option to play split-screen, It is very frustrating spending 80 dollars on a game I can't play properly. If someone could help me that would be greatly appreciated.

It's not an internet problem, my internet is fine, I'm subscribed to Xbox live gold, so I should have online access, I've tried everything you sent me, and nothing works, I just wanna play the game I bought, is there anything else we can do?
