I found the way... Or did I?
Hi guys,
you know, I have always made a big fuss about EA SPORTS refusing to bring Nyck de Vries back to the game, and I apologize for that, as I said things I shouldn't have said.
Well, I think I found a solution to this problem.
Earlier today, I looked up methods to delete game patches, and one method is to just use a disc version of the game to install it, but keep your console offline to avoid updates.
Now, obviously I wouldn't be able to play the game online, but the main reason why I want to do this is to get Nyck de Vries back. So once I installed the base game, I would wipe my career saves and start two new careers, one My Team and one Driver Career with AlphaTauri. I'm also going to see if I can start a championship in GP Mode so I can try to lead Nyck de Vries to the F1 Driver's Championship.
I'm just asking here in the thread to get an answer if this theoretically works, and if you guys say yes, then I might try to get my hands on a cheap disc copy of F1 23 and try this out.
If EA SPORTS won't bring Nyck de Vries back, then I will, for the sake of realism.
Good day,
Nico
PS: I don't mind having Daniel Ricciardo in a Two Player Career, as this will allow me to run the 21, which would be my go-to number in F1.
