Improving Licence level.

Question

I'm a relative novice in the F1 game. How does one improve the licence level? I play solo (to build experience before going online).

I'm currently halfway on 'C' and it doesn't seem to budge. Can it only be improved when playing online?...

(or am I being nasty to AI cars?... 🙈)

@TheseusJason You can improve it also playing offline. There's a toggle in the settings before you start a Gran Prix. The more you set clean laps the more you would improve, the more you cut corners or collide with ai or other players, the more you gonna lose in terms of xp

@TheseusJason I got it quickly to A level by doing F1 World Series. A couple of days bullying the very weak AI was enough to get to A level. The key thing is to drive clean. Every time you see a popup saying "Clean Lap" on top of your screen is adding to the license.
