I don't think is a platform specific issue. Seems to happen all the time. Lots and lots of warnings without penalties.
Screenshot attached, with al least 5 pages of warnings. No penalties for corner cutting.
Playing on Steam btw
@EA_Groguet Below is a video from the race director in a 9 drivers race. There is one dude who cut the corner at least 10 times without any penalty.
Let us know how much proof you need that helps to solve the issue. (more screenshots, videos, report codes, etc)

After a couple of races tonight, I did notice if you exceed track limits in qualifying, you get DSQ. But when I tried to look at the incidents after the race, there was just a blank, grey screen. And I know I got 4 warnings.
- @DRudd13 I forgot to mention that. You're right. Track limits works in one shot qualifying (exceed track limits = lap invalidated), but it doesn't penalize in races, just warnings.
Just one time i got that empty screen in the incidents tab.
