League problem: Member not enroled in the season

Summarize your bug We are having problems with an league member. when we as admin click on his name in the member section we get the following warning: Member is not enroled for the season. Is there anyway to enroll him? And how? He was member of to two previous seasons. We already started a new season that he also want to join in the same league after he left. We already tried leaving the league en rejoining, and chaning is nickname in the EA account section.
