LOOK LEFT AND RIGHT IS NOW BROKEN AFTER LATEST PATCH

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Install the latest patch on your PC i guess.
What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to look left or right... was working 15 minutes ago before the latest patch.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the left mirror when I press "LOOK LEFT" and the right mirror when i press "LOOK RIGHT.
This "feature" was working before the latest patch..so 15-20 minutes ago with no problems... now it seems as if the ability to look left and right has been LOCKED!! Have tried resetting camera options to default...reassigning the buttons.. It looks like it's trying to move but appears locked.
