Can't help with region if you don't confirm them. If you can't adjust your VPN, then you do have one. I question whether it might be misconfigured. Good luck.
@SteveJackson Sorry for the later response, I moved my rig this week. But since yesterday after the updat everything seems to be working again. Anyway thanks for your help.
