This has been fixed as of patch 1.12.
I also am having problems with the second DRS zone at Zandvoort. While playing career mode on Xbox Series X, I am getting the prompt to press DRS at the line in your second screenshot (right before the final straight). However, if I press DRS here, that actually doesn't register as the correct area to activate. You have to wait until you get onto the straight and activate in the DRS zone. No other tracks have a gap between the line to activate DRS and the zone for it.
Because of this discrepancy, it makes it more difficult to achieve the development boost to "Activate DRS in all zones in practice". Why this this still not fixed as of patch 1.09?
