Matte liveries too reflective.

Question

I've noticed that some of the matte painted cars are far too reflective compared to what you would expect. I don't know if it's HDR or RT that's causing it but the McLaren and Red Bull in particular essentially just look metallic.

Anyone else noticed the same?

@SASColfer If you are referring to black carbon fiber with matte clear coating, the carbon fiber underneath may still reflect light.

Yes I have, the redbull is too reflective and glossy and I notice the aston has this weird metallic sunshine effect going on.

I play in 4k with everything set to max/ultra and ray tracing on.

I hope they fix this...

@SASColfer @movesmoreair Can you take a screenshot of the issue? I am not able to see what would be wrong with the livery when running maxed out settings + RT, so it might be a bug and not by design. And thus requiring a bug report.

I've attached to screen snips. To repeat it try setting weather to overcast cloudy and then take a look.
