The achievement you get after maxing out reputation hasn't unlocked for me either. The one you get after maxing out performance has. I've fully played Braking Point twice now, so I'd rather not do it ANOTHER time even though it's very well put together. :D

Played it for the third time, reached it again, didn't get the achievement again..
