Hi i made this post because i never receive the max verstappen miami helmet i made this post because customer service ask me to make One for other people and they say they have reported the bug but the bug never have been fix during the week and i still dont know why i never receive the helmet

Just to let you know that the issue has been resolved and you should all now be able to find the missing helmet in your inbox.
I mean, some people have received it but most haven’t which is odd.
I hope that doesn’t happen. Iv logged in several times and also done any challenges that could have potentially unlocked it for me and still nothing. I’m just hoping they release it for us on Monday like they did with the redbull livery
Me too! Is frustrating asf! Really wanted this helmet, live chat doesn't work too contact them and no ones replied too my emails, looks like we're being neglected.
@lewikeel98EA cut costs on customer care, I used to work at EA help they fire 99% of staff in Europe.
It's ridiculous! Been trying too get help for ages and no one from EA replies and when they do it's no good, why we haven't had this helmet is unacceptable.
@EA_rephii An update on this would be nice. A lot of people never received the helmet in their mail and have had no acknowledgement from EA that there is even an issue. I assume the same problem will happen next week with the Williams livery too.
