"Motion Blur Strength" setting slider doesn't work [since F1 2021]

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to any mode. Set "Motion Blur Strength" to 0. Drive. Set "Motion Blur Strength" to 20. Drive.
What happens when the bug occurs? Changing the setting from 0 to 20 makes no difference.
What do you expect to see? Changing the setting from 0 to 20 should change the intenisity of the motion blur effect.

It doesn't work on PC either AFAIK.

Chromatic aberration doesn’t work as well.

This is the third game in a row where they have left this option in the menu, despite it being completely broken (apparently on multiple platforms...I had no idea it was also broken on consoles).  I'm on PC, and F1 2020 was the last game as well for me where it worked.
