Multiplayer - only host to start sessions

Hi would it be possible to have only the host to be able to start each session? Like when starting for one shot qually and for start of races after quallifing.

A lot of leagues use the standard multiplayer to host lobbies and majority have a specific start time so that people can get setups and do strategy etc

there has been numerous time people forget this and start the session early which then can require a lobby reset as other people may not have done setups or strategy etc.

if we have it as only the host can start the session then this risk is removed and then the races are controlled by the person hosting. 

I know it’s not a game by yourselves but for example in call of duty only the person who sets the party of people in can start the game and all other players are restricted waiting for them. This would be a welcome thing to incorporate into this game especially for league racing.
