MULTIPLAYER GRAND PRIX invites not working for FRIENDS or INVITES

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create Multiplayer Grand Prix session for FRIENDS ONLY and invite and the invitees can not join
What happens when the bug occurs? the invitees can not join. The session will not play
What do you expect to see? Can start a race

Since v1.12 update we can create a MULTIPLAYER GRAND PRIX with FRIENDS ONLY or INVITES only but when you send the INVITE by email it appears to be sent and the receiver gets a notification that an INVITE has been sent but the INVITE is not actionable via the PS button and is not appearing in the player's MAIL inbox.  This prevents your FRIENDS or INVITEES to join.

This has only just started with the 1.12 update and was fine prior to this update.

There is no problem creating open lobby games but INVITES and FRIENDS ONLY Multiplayer Grand Prix can no longer be joined by the people you invite

Please FIX this as it was working fine before this update.
