My F1 23 has been unable to connect to server all afternoon.

Summarize your bug In Time Trial mode only I frequently get an Online Services Error saying it can’t connect, meaning I can’t access leaderboards, rivals, or my previous times. Console is connected to Internet without issues and I can use other online functions like multiplayer Grand Prix in F1 23

Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? EE
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try connecting to leaderboards in Time Trial mode - if it’s successful the bug isn’t affecting you
What happens when the bug occurs? No leaderboards available, none of my old times or ghost is available, no rivals available
What do you expect to see? Normal function of time trial

I'm having the same issue on Xbox. Also, I've tried several times to post a report and, even though it appears as posted after submitting it, it doesn't show up on the forum or in the activity history.

It is another week when servers and racenet app have problem with connection. 

I have already raise two tickets with this issue but without any success. 

What is going on with You? 

It is shame that so big company cannot fix issue from almost two weeks!!

Please do not sent me the link to troubleshooting guidelines because I know that it is issue on your side. 

We have team on F1 23 and all PC, XBOX, PS platforms have the same issue!!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load car setup and the "trying to connect to online services" then err report
What happens when the bug occurs? NOTHING!!!!!!!!!
What do you expect to see? I expect to see EA re-enable game services.

Self explanatory to info above. Please re-enable online services. Note that I have no intention of buying F124 and this further  makes me not want to buy it. Please re-enable!

@EA_Groguet @EA_Vendcera Any idea what's going on here with the F1 23 online services?  Seeing multiple threads popping up on Steam as well of people saying they can't play online for several days.

After dealing with it for days, I fixed it by manually forwarding some ports on my modem. This helped: https://www.reddit.com/r/Starlink/comments/1csh3xo/ps5_connection_problems_for_f1_23_game/

I also switched to OpenDNS and maybe that played a part as well.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load car setup, game hangs, then Error message "Cannot connect to Game Services"
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. Cannot connect to game services.
What do you expect to see? Connection to game services.

I believe that game services for F1 2023 have been disabled for some reason. Please re-enable them.
