+1+3+5 feels still a bit too much honestly (obviously not for f2 driver but that issue should be solved separately)
@pekish79 I think the way he means it is at level one they get +1, at level two +3 and at level 3 +5 not +1/+4/+9, the latter would definitely be way too much, but they should simply change it to the potential..
Yep I was talking a total of 9 is still to much with tier 3
It means all driver above 91 get exactly the same
I think a total of 6 max with tier 3 is better
So only driver with 94 reach 100 that is 1 or 2 and all the rest keep a bit of difference between each other
Not only I would say all team that now start with tier 2 should start with tier 1 and all other team with 0
