I just cannot understand how CM/EA can't see how bad the feature is after this long with us saying about it and with us all giving sensible and realistic ideas to fix it and make it better
It's with things like this that I really believe they just do not read or listen to what we have to say. It's not even like we're asking for a big new feature to be added, it's literally just changing some numbers around which should take a professional game developer a matter of minutes.
I just want to hear from someone as to why they think this feature is a good idea and the thinking behind it because I am honestly lost for ideas as to how anyone came up with the idea and continue to let it ruin career mode.
@Liaveal It's been complained for three straight years, they just don't care.
I don't know if anyone remember, but in F1 2021 there was a brief period where the Personnel Facilities were bugged and the boosts were not applied to drivers, those were some of the best time I've had in the career modes, you know, by seeing actual performance diversities between drivers.

Between that and the fact that after season one where the car has a performance delta of 140 points and in the second season is at best 90 points with 6-8 card actually squeezed in 30-40 points range (and the pilot of those car all capped at 100)

- @pekish79 At the moment the only way to fix this issue is to play on PC, thanks to a kind soul in the modding community we could freely modified drivers' stats and growth cycle.
Atm I'm planning to reduce the current driver stats to the point where even with max facilities could not max out their ratings, let's see if that would made them too slow since the AI this year is already somewhat weak even at 110.luckily that is not my problem I am not nearly close to 100 ^_^ so in my case i could bump up difficulty by 10 or even 20 if needed
