My team R&D upgrades reset between seasons

The issue resolved, cause I'm missing a good chunk of vital car upgrades.‌I started upgrading parts before the end of the season. Starting the new season, the upgrade progress has fully reset and I've lost all the R&amp;D used to try and get the new parts.

@DammitCole Can I just ask if you had a regulation change that season? If you had a regulation change and you upgrade the car
at the end of the season those upgrades will be lost, if this was the case I think it's as intended. Only if you upgrade parts that are under regulation change off course.

@DammitCole Yeah sounds like its regulation changes mate, which is a feature of career mode.

@ImpartialCross06 I had Durability reg changes only. I upgraded parts in every other department. I lost all of them.
