Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get new mail (for example, win a race at a track you have not previously won at). Observe that the new mail indicator is flashing. Read the mail. Then view the new mail indicator again.
What happens when the bug occurs? The new mail indicator continues to flash even after all new mail has been read.
What do you expect to see? The indicator should stop flashing after all new mail has been read.
