Ditto! I'm playing it on PC, BTW, I mean I could complete the Season 2 Pass even with the handicap, but now that the needed level of Leveling up the pass is increased by 250 XP (the last 2 seasons had a XP level up increase by 125 XP), this is now just ridiculous.
So, @EA_Groguet, @EA_Vendcera, @EA_Barry, @CM_TGK, (Sorry for the pings) or anyone at EA and Codemasters, if you are reading this, we REALLY need that bug fixed. It’s been around since Season 2 and people are NOT happy about it!

This issue was reported and the team is still investigating it. I'm sorry I don't have more information about it. As soon as I have more info I will update this thread.

this issue was in last years game to the XP as it is is way to low making podium passes super grindy like 100+ hours needed just to finish it then u rob us the goals XP tech level XP and mods XP and its almost impossible to complete a podium pass god i hate this company oh and why should we even bother with podium pass when u rob us of alll cosmetics u all bunch a thieving crooks i prey daily that codemasters loses their f1 license such a garbage company
