No mid-race strategy change menu

Summarize your bug The mid-race strategy change menu does not appear when the Team Radio button is pressed after receiving the team radio notification that another strategy option is available

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start a race with one of the two premade race strategies (Minimum race distance of 25% is needed as this bug does not present itself at all if there are no necessary pit-stops). Drive the race in a way that creates a significant difference between the game's expected tyre life and the actual tyre life. Your race engineer contacts you informing you that there is a new faster race strategy. Press the team radio button to view the strategy options.
What happens when the bug occurs? No strategy options appear and the only visible difference on the MFD is the appearance of a bar labelled "SPEAK".
What do you expect to see? Two race strategy options should be visible. The option you originally selected at the start of the race and the new proposed option.

This bug was known to appear for content creators that received a preview build of the game and then upgraded to the full game at launch. It would appear that this bug is not confined to those users who updated the preview build to the full game.
