Unfortunately, the time trials for wet conditions have been removed from the game in F1®23.
We'll continue to monitor feedback on this, but for now there won't be a wet Time Trial mode available.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play grand prix mode go to practice and set the weather to very wet and in time trial there isnt a option to do laps in the wet
What happens when the bug occurs? You cant go into an flying start in the rain
What do you expect to see? To do flying starts in the rainIm posting this two things in one because these issues are related i think
In Grand Prix mode at Bahrain, I can set practice and can get rain at Very Wet conditions. I left the garage on Flying Lap (maybe should have the video), so it might be PS5 specific?
Edit: In Multiplayer Grand Prix, you cannot leave the pits to a Flying Lap, it is by design. You can in Single Player Grand Prix, no issue. The bug report is incorrectly filled.
I agree the Time Trial lack of a Wet lap is a feature regression, it's clearly not in the game.
It’s not ps5 specific, I play on Xbox and have the same thing. I hope they didn’t take that feature out the game.

Got to be honest Im happy its gone....one less mode people can cheat on!
Also would like to see in Dry TT the ability to copy setups be gone.
