i had the same issue the intro musik is playing but as soon as i press a button on my ps5 controller to skip it, the sound stopped working. The Game thinks you want to use the controller as a speaker because the controller has a little speaker in it. U need to go to: SETTINGS>SYSTEM>SOUND>ADVANCED SOUND OPTIONS> and now on the F1 23 App, choos your correct headsett as the output and your correct mikrofone as the input. This worked for me.
Basically it's multiple sound sources like on PC by those last two posts.
