No Sound F1 23 after launching game

Summarize your bug The sound completely cuts out (including any background sound, e.g. music) from my pc shortly after pressing a button to start of the game
What is your 16 digit Report Code? N/A
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? BT
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Launch the game, wait for loading screens etc, press any button as requested and sound cuts out shortly thereafter
What happens when the bug occurs? All sound from my pc cuts out entirely and only resumes after closing the game
What do you expect to see? I expected to hear the sound for the game

I have also tried using different headphones, changing sound output device while in game, changing sound settings in game, restarting my pc, and repairing the game using the EA app, the issue persists.

Good day bud, were you able to get a fix for the problem? Im having the same issue and tried almost every troubleshooting available

Please post a dxdiag if you are on PC.
Update any BT headsets used with consoles, try the official headsets if you have them or try TV sound.
So, if you could post what you have tried it's much better than "everything".

Can you confirm the mainboard model because ASUS, thanks.
