I have tried that several times everyday since I purchased the game, Sadly I have not been able to connect even once always getting the same error. Rebooting the console and rooter does not solve the issue.

@Johann-Ray60Ignore them mate, they may as well have told you to make sure its plugged in.
You're better off looking through previous bug claims to see if someones had something similar :]
