Online Services Error

Summarize your bug Online services error message is coming after communicating with online services message with an error code: 2631071469:S. I bought this game on 20th of Jun but this problem exists for last 2 days. I can play Single player career mode without any problem but unable to enter any game mode that requires an internet connection. I am also sure that this error is not from my internet as I have not had any connection issues in Fifa 23 or Madden 23.
What is your 16 digit Report Code?
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider?
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Probably from the error code
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to access any game mode that requires an internet connection
What do you expect to see? Smooth connection as in the early days of the game

@nfbeastt i think i solved the problem but but it seems a bit expensive way. I still can't connect vith lan cable or wifi connection but when I tried to connect with the mobile data of the phone, it was connected without any problems. I contacted my local internet provider, reported the problem, and now I'm waiting for updates.

@EA_Barry I tried but no improvement. I still have the same problem also after unplugging the devices and plugging them back in, an update came to the game, but it still didn't work. I think we have another problem.

@EA_Barry I tried all my other games again, to see if there is any problem with the connection but they all connected without problems. Games;
NHL 23 - Fifa 23 - Madden 23 - NFS Onbound and NFS Heat.

@ozqury hey man im having the same problem but on PC-Steam. Last week i was able to play online but then all of a sudden it gave me that same error and now im unable to play online

@EA_Barry Is there an actual fix for this. I've been given the run around by 3 different EA specalists - I get this same message when trying to play both the game on PC or PS5. If I use a different EA account I have no such problem - was told today my account is missing entitlements for F1 23? I have no issues with ANY other EA games (NHL, Battlefield, Madden, PGA).
