Have you checked that you selected the correct OSD Scheme? On PC / Console you can do that by pressing R3, or the button that is displayed on the bottom left that shows the mode you are changing the OSD for.
We couldn't see the issue appearing on our side.

Some of the OSD elements reset to default size and positions after you change them. This only seems to affect some elements in some certain game modes. On time trial, the "f1 dial" and "mfd" reset to their defaults after you save your custom OSD settings, this happens with some other elements, most likely the "pit window" and "supercar dial" as well. After they reset to their size and position, if you select them and change the size or position by one click, they will return to the custom position/size you chose, but after saving and exiting the menu, those elements will revert back to their defaults.
