Have you checked that you selected the correct OSD Scheme? On PC / Console you can do that by pressing R3, or the button that is displayed on the bottom left that shows the mode you are changing the OSD for.
We couldn't see the issue appearing on our side.

I find that the dial of the f1 23 is too small and we do not see the numbers when we are in the gearbox suggest.. so I enlarged the dial to better see the numbers on the meter it works only in qualifying and in the race but not in free tests I checked in the display settings sections free tests but there is no dial so suddenly it becomes very small again by default
