PC Graphics very blurry despite ULTRA settings and high end PC

Just installed the game on PC via Steam and the graphics are awful. Everything ahead of the car is "foggy" / "blurry". I have everything set to ULTRA at 1440p. System is a Ryzen 7 5800X3D RX 7900X...

Now im seeing BLOCKS appearing in front of the car on all tracks..its like im driving on lego tiles that are popping up in front of me..

    @AnthonyLee59Do you have texture streaming set to the highest setting?
    if not... then set to to the highest.

    My fix was only for the blurry graphics, this is a seperate issue. I will need to play some more to see if i am getting these artifacts. DLSS at Ultra Quality is the best for me. But I think this is actually DLAA? as there is no performance boost over standard TAA.

    I think Normal DLSS or FSR2 are struggling with the image reproduction on this game.
