PC Graphics very blurry despite ULTRA settings and high end PC

Just installed the game on PC via Steam and the graphics are awful. Everything ahead of the car is "foggy" / "blurry". I have everything set to ULTRA at 1440p. System is a Ryzen 7 5800X3D RX 7900X...

Game seems blurry - Steam - GTX 3060 Ti and i7 9700k.

Hi all,

My game seems blurry despite being on ultra settings and 1080p (native) resolution?

I suspect it is to do with NVIDIA DLSS but there is no option to turn it off?
