Pc not saving in career

Good day.
I keep getting the message that I can not save. or the progress is not saved. I have done all that I can read on the forums. I even removed my virus program and deactivated Windows Defender and Firewall to see If it works. I deleted the games and installed them on a different hard drive even with no luck.
The only thing I can not do is to download it on another PC as I don't have one. I attached files on the error and on my system.

Really you should only have one system drive and primary partition. All the other drives should be simple (extended) partitions.
I’m going to guess you’ve had some of these as system drives already and therefore the file system is confused.
Either that or there may a dynamic drive configured incorrectly.
Just looks like a piecemeal setup in my honest opinion.
