Pc not saving in career
Good day Can not save my career progress. Have followed the firewall and defender fix with no success please assist I am using PC format. Ryzen 6700x MSI B650 EDGE Wifi and 42gb Ram DDR5 at 6000 ...
Good day
I have done the following if any one wants to know.
I have deleted the old folder where game was installed on and installed on a complete new drive as well. with no luck. I have done ccleaner as well. as suggested.
I am attaching HWinfo file as well so all can see that as well.
I am using Kaspersky as a virus and defender program, i even unstilled Kaspersky completely and even deactivated windows defender as well.
if i uninstall origin ( ea games app ) i have to redownload all my origin games witch is close to 1.2tb of games.
If you all know a way around that please tell me.
My ram is exactly the same make and speed as my xmp is at 5000mhz speed. I have 1 8gb sticks and 2 16 gb sticks ant same speed same timing.
all my other games work 100% with no problem at all. Windows 11 pro is new install about 2 to 3 months ago when I upgraded to new system.
have 3 x m.2 drives 2 x ssd and 2x 4tb hdd and 2 x 2tb hdd.
First of all read this;
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Memory_geometry
I doubt your memory will work in XMP because it is different capacity. Asymmetrical channels will lead to compatibility (speed to slowest common) at best, errors at worst.
I don't know what you've posted but it isn't a HWiNFO report.
There is no need to disable Windows Defender. There is probably a need to run a Kaspersky removal tool or better still - please consider your connected storage and go back to basics.
One primary drive with a fresh install of Windows from the MCT, after first ensuring you have updated the mainboard and correctly configured the memory. 32GB is more than adequate in a dual channel configuration.
There is no other way to put this; you seem to be under the impression that "more" is better. It is, in my opinion, an absolute mess of an installation. I can only imagine that you just plug in another part and somehow tinker until it seems to work.
There is sufficient capacity for you to move (backup) your games to specific storage before you embark on that radical step. You shouldn't have to redownload your games, but it is getting to the point where really fast internet can be quicker than really ordinary storage.
There are so many things that you *could* have done, and so many that *I* might have done differently if it were me.
I'm sorry I don't use the EA App (preferring Steam) but there should be a way of archiving game files, but I can point you in the direction of the appropriate board.
Hi..
Every single other game i play on steam, batylenet, ea app, xbox app. All workes perfect and save correctly.
All my NFS games save no problem at all and works correctly. Ebeven with this odd memory capacity you are mentioning.
It is just this one game F1 2023 that is not saving at all. It runs perfect for 2 to 3 hours when i do a race but does not save at all.
Motherboard bios is updated to newest as all requested. I even removed 16gb of ram with same problem and even just with 16gb ram still same problem.
And my internet connection is more then good.

RAM issues can manifest in many ways. However, I will try to interpret your comment above as you have tried a 32GB and a 16GB config (2x16 & 2x8). There is always Memtest. The mainboard manual will advise you on how to correctly configure the RAM (banks/channels/recommended slots/SS-DS) and I will say no more.
The next most likely avenues are Kaspersky. Here is the removal tool.
Also try anti-cheat updating or removal;
Easy Anti Cheat (typically Fortnite, Apex Legends, Paladins, Rust. The Division 2 et al) Epic games or manually updatable from links on the site.
BattlEye (Rainbow Six Siege, Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds, Conan Exiles et al) exhaustive list of games on site, distributed via Steam, ensure your games are updated.
Vanguard (Valorant) simply quittable from the tray icon or uninstall using Geek Uninstaller.
Other less well known AntiCheat software you can research yourself 🥳
Good day
I have done the uninstall of Kaspersky with no result still the same.
I dont know what ells to do as I have followed all advise.
