EDIT: After jumping on steam reddits and various discords, apparently the problem is after the steam update, and it is affecting most of the games on steam for who tries to play with a Playstation controller, i don't know if EA can do something about it or let them reach steam about the issue, i'm forced to skip all my league races because of this issue.

Thanks mate, just making you aware. I guess if it was PS too we’d have had tons of complaints. But PS controller on PC will be a smaller demographic. But it should make a fix easier.
My real question is how is this possible given the 1.12 fiasco?
