Hey there,

Could you please log into the game today and see if you are seeing your pitcoins are granted to your account?

    @EA_rephii I have the same problem, although not with the same version.
    I have the standard (steam) version, but I also own F1 22 and the first time I started F1 23 the ingame mail told me that I got the loyalty bonus of 5000 points, I confirmed the mail, but I did not get the 5000 points, even now after a few days.

    is this a general problem with pitcoins?

      I’m also missing pitcoins, really annoying that this issue has not been fixed yet..
