Wet weather missing isn't a bug. It's a design choice.

I'm wondering if this wasn't a "metrics" decision.

You might argue the same for ultrawide replays.

Ultrawide support has been available for years in the predecessors, and it is almost the same engine build. What argument could be used to justify this as a design decision, we live in the year 2024?! Even the relatively new “Le Mans Ultimate” from a small independent developer already offers ultrawide support out of the box in the Early Access phase. F1-2023 is the only racing game that I know of that excludes very popular ultrawide monitors, and is a disgrace to its players. Forgive my sarcasm, but now that Codemasters has been swallowed up by EA, they can sell ultrawide support as a new feature, DLC or microtransaction in the in-game store. If it wasn't so sad.....
