Pre Load Option PC with champions edition?

Product: F1 23Platform:PCPlease specify your platform model. PCSummarize your bug So I have played 3 hours so far, went to reboot today and now the option to plan is greyed out. I am attempted to reinstall however it was not an option to install, but to 'pre load'. Before resintalling it said the game was pre-loaded, although I do have the champions edition, and was able to play last night/this morning.What is your 16 digit Report Code? -----Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? Exactly the same issue here, it has been reported on this forum post too https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-Bug-Reports/F1-23-can-t-be-downloaden-until-jan-1-2099-1-00-AM/m-p/12653634#M354. It was made aware to the team 5-6 hours ago, but no update yet.

Thank you for flagging this with me! I was on that thread yesterday too as there was no download option at all, then when it&nbsp;did&nbsp;eventually work I hadn't thought to look back at it. I currently have 3hrs 34 mins showing as play time eventhough the only option is to pre-load now.

@L_Veero Same problem here. Created my own ticket, and have informed EA Help. This is completely unforgivable

@L_Veero Got slightly under 2 hours myself and then woke up with it being relocked.. Been awfully silent on this topic aside from the 1 post saying it's been forwarded to the team. Maybe they've all gone home and we can just sit and contemplate our mistake of paying 20 bucks for early inaccessibility
