I have the same issue and I am on PC / Steam.

The issue was first raised in june and its november and still no fix.

    Yes all platforms are affected, but at least the Devs are looking into it now.

      The issue was never fixed in the end and surprise surprise the issue now exists in F1 24 as well. Very disappointed at the developers, quality has gone downhill every year.
