2 years agoAssuming you are on PC, these steps should help:
- Make sure your display is connected to your GPU and not the motherboard video output
- Turn off the EA app overlay via the three bar menu at top left, Settings, Application, In-game overlay
- In the EA app, click on the game and then Manage, Repair
- Run System File Checker to help ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
- Perform a clean boot before starting: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

Post a dxdiag ensuring your mainboard make and model is in the .txt output file. MSI codes are not exact, please add the model name. ASUS and Asustek are frequently not populated.
