PS5 F1 2023 Question

Hi,

On the dashboard of the F1 cars there is a green light - with a screwdriver and a wrench on it.

Now I’m racing on level B licence this turnster on (and of) while driving with a beep. 

What does this light mean?

Been searching ALL over the net…
