Race replay (Theatre): Cars do not move / stay in grid spot

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It doesn't matter if the replay is from a multiplayer or single player race, once I start it, the cars just stay in their grid spot. The highlights do work tho.
What happens when the bug occurs? The car completely freeze in their grid spot and doesn't move at all
What do you expect to see? A normal replay, just like I had in F1 20

Hello,
the theatre is bugged again (just like in F1 22). When loading a race replay I only see the cars standing in their grid spots and the ads next to the track changing all the time. No matter how long I forward it, they never start driving, so I can just watching 20 cars standing in their grid spots.
I had the same bug in F1 22 for the whole time, but after days of searching for a potential solution I gave up and hoping to be able to use this feature again as I did back in F1 20.
I do not want the same bug staying with me for another year, so please do something and fix it asap.
The highlights do work, but I have no use for them..
Additional info: Last year I already switched the PC and the network, so it can't have to do something with that. The replay itself is fine as well, as it does work when I send the file to a friend.
