Race start bug

Hey. I have a problem, with the race starts.

When the lights are popping up at the start basicly you have to hold the upshift and releace when light are out and the car will move forward in 1st gear. But for me, when i releace the upshift the car stays in neutral and i have to switch in 1st gear while the race is alredy started.

Please help me with this issue.
