Ranked multiplayer crashed during session

Summarize your bug I was in a ranked multiplayer event - 20 drivers at Great Britain. Session crashed after qualifying. Unable to move off from the grid while 1 person only was able to race. After he finished, an error message appeared and I lost 57 points. I was top of Silver II and was close to getting into Gold I

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Multiplayer
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown
What happens when the bug occurs? The game glitched and only allowed 1 driver to race (Brice-Willis)
What do you expect to see? I expected to race or not lose 57 points because of a glitch

I have 20 minutes worth of video saved that I can download and send via email if required. I tried attaching snippet of the video and photos so you can see what happened but the files are too big. 

Brice-willows has glitched the session causing 3 drivers to remain frozen on the grid. When he finished the race, an error message appeared causing me to lose 57 points costing me a Gold I promotion.

    Just happened again I. Another race. I built my pints back up to 90. I got hit a few times by drivers fell to back of field, finally built my position into top 20 and lost 57 points again. This is BS!!

    It’s happened again!!!!! Started a Qatar race last, finished 8th after a couple of idiots rammed into me during the race. I lost all my points only to get them back at the end of it!!!! I’m so over your points removal BS for no reason. I’ve lost 150 points over 2 days due to no fault of mine and it’s cost me. Thanks a lot EA, this is f$&ckrd!!!

    The game crashed twice during classified races. 1st bug : Crashed at the end of race. 2nd bug : Every one was signing out, i was racing yet, and the game crashed and closed to dashboard. I lost more than 100 points. In less than 11 hours, for promotion, it is inadmissible. !!!

    I feel your frustration, it is one of the worst games to play online. But of all games it could be one of the best.

    surely we arnt the only ones suffering with poor game functionality when it should be so simple.

    yes at least this year you can find ranked races of varying participants but when you spend hours building up points to then be stripped of them, and no one can or wants to help. It's shameful really
